Boxing Day Breakfast

To anyone who'll be remotely near Gnashville on the 26th, we'll be having a Boxing Day breakfast. So far, the attendees are the Elliotts and the Carrs. We're thinking Waffle House. In other news, I spent my day cutting up trees that were killed in the fire. 3 cherries, 1 blackjack oak, 1 dogwood, and 1 50 foot poplar. There were more oaks, but my body was giving out. I think the oak may be the legs of a huge workbench. It knocked over a wall of the old house as it came down. The new house will be beautiful when it's done. It's a craftsman style, with two big porches, and hopefully stone on the walls. I lobbied hard for a rotating bookshelf/secret door, but it doesn't look like it's happening. Merry Christmas, all.

Sorry. I'm a two days' drive from Nashvegas, deep in West Texas. And honestly, it would've to be at least IHOP for me.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Jeremy, we have much better places, you know. The Loveless Cafe, the Pancake Pantry, Meridee's Breadbasket...
I even asked dad to recommend some cheap grimey places if that's what you're longing for. But waffle house? Have a little Boxing Day spirit.
